Our artwork team will work with you to get your design spot-on for embroidery. Once the artwork is finalised, we will convert your design into an embroidery file and proceed with your order. If you’d like to see a sample of the embroidery before proceeding with the complete order, this is something we are more than happy to do. This allows you to change the colours before committing to the full order.

Our single-head and multi-head embroidery machines allow us to complete quality embroidery orders of any size. We tailor our finishing and packing to your needs. If you need your order individually bagged or grouped by size, let us know and we’ll be happy to help. You can pick your order up from our workshop, or we can send it out using a DPD courier. For larger companies with repeat orders, we also offer a bespoke man-packing and distribution service. Yes, but we may charge for a redraw of the logo once your order is approved.
Yes, we offer a full sampling service on garments and finishes.
We use DPD couriers and the small charge will depend on the size of the sample order.
Orders can be done in as little as a day with our express service. Standard turnaround is 7-10 working days from payment, unless quoted otherwise.
Payment can be made on collection by card, cheque or cash, or via Bacs payment.
